Open the panel and pick a layer
Layer4 takes an IP, a port, a window and a method. Layer7 takes a URL instead. Both sit under the same Hub tab, so changing layer is a click rather than a different tool.
Authorized network testing
Test your own infrastructure at 4 Tbps with the most powerful IP stresser online: 30+ Layer4 and 20+ Layer7 methods. Start on the free stresser trial, no card, and read the delivery ratio and p95 before you pay for a window.
Authorized testing only. You must own the target or hold written permission.
Burst capacity behind the panel, shared across plans and lifted for a single test by VIP.
SYN, UDP, ACK, connection churn and the rest of the packet catalogue, each in its own unit.
GET, POST, slow body and TLS churn, aimed at a URL you control rather than a packet path.
One continuous test, long enough to watch a pool fill, saturate and recover.
How a run works
A test is not a button that produces a graph. It is a target, a method, a window and a rate, followed by a reading that only means something if the first four were recorded.

02
Sixty seconds answers whether the endpoint responds at all. Ten minutes answers where it stops responding. Windows reach 5000 seconds, and the form refuses anything above your plan before traffic moves.
03
Delivery ratio, p50/p95/p99 and the split between transport and application errors. Export it, put it next to your own logs, and hand the diagnosis to whoever owns the fix.
Capabilities
Two layers, one dashboard, and limits that are written down rather than discovered. Every capability below is visible on a free account except VIP, which is a paid switch.
Layer 4
SYN and UDP for raw packet rate, ACK for state-table pressure, connection churn for socket thrash. One method per run, because averaging two units produces a number nobody can defend in a review.
Layer 7
HTTP floods, slow body and TLS handshake churn against an endpoint you control. The panel reports request rate, response ratio and latency, not packet counts wearing a different label.
Capacity
VIP plans push a single run to 50-60 Gbit/s on dedicated hardware. Without VIP the rate depends on how busy the shared generators are, which is why the panel shows that state before you start.
Telemetry
Per-second metrics during the run, not a summary after it. That is the window in which a bad test can be cut, a rate lowered, or a target saved from a mistake.
Limits
One test at a time on Basic, three on Pro, one to four concurrent under Enterprise. A rate above your ceiling is rejected before dispatch, with the reason printed on the same screen.
Support
Live support opens in the panel rather than an email thread, and covers setup, payment and configuration around the clock. Free accounts use exactly the same channel.
Reading a run
A graph without a unit is decoration. These are the four readings the panel puts in front of you, in the order they should be read.
Up to 5000 seconds on paid plans. The free tier keeps windows short on purpose, so trial credit cannot be turned into a flood tool.
One on Basic, three on Pro, and one to four under Enterprise depending on scope. The limit is visible before you press start.
VIP runs a single test on dedicated servers and lifts it to 50-60 Gbit/s. The panel shows whether the switch is on, because that state changes what the result means.
Bitcoin only. Activation averages thirty minutes and can take longer while blocks confirm. No step in that flow asks for a card.
Plan activation follows the Bitcoin confirmation, usually within half an hour.
Principles
Authorized by construction
Every target is confirmed when it is added and confirmed again the second a run starts. There is no toggle in the panel that skips it, which is the entire difference between a testing service and a booter with better typography.
Measured in readable units
Packets, connections, requests and percentiles each get their own row. A figure that cannot name its unit is a figure that will be misread in the meeting where it matters most.
Priced without a call
Basic, Pro and Enterprise, with the caps written in the plan section instead of negotiated on a phone. Payment is Bitcoin only and activation does not wait for a salesperson to wake up.
Plans
Every plan runs the same methods on the same network. What changes is concurrency, window length and whether VIP hardware is available.
$0 / month
Entry point for a single owned target. Same method list as the paid tiers, shorter windows and one test at a time.
$29 / month
Built for a testing rhythm: three tests in parallel, longer windows and room for five people on one account.
Let's talk
Scoped for regulated environments: policy controls, private deployment options and a named support contact.
Questions
Yes, and a free one is enough. Register with a nickname, email and password, then either ask live support for trial credit or open the $0 Basic plan. Neither route asks for a card.
No. The panel asks you to confirm ownership before a target is saved and checks again when the run starts. Without confirmation nothing is sent and no credit is spent.
That your host answers at the rate you chose, that the path stays clean while it does, and what the error split looks like. It does not find the saturation point: that takes a ramp and several runs.
Generators and transit cost money every second. A shared pool with a published ceiling is how a free tier can exist at all; VIP buys a dedicated slice for one test at a time.
In the panel, with target, method, window and rate attached, and exportable when the run ends. Keep them: a result without its configuration is a screenshot, not evidence.
On infrastructure you own or have written permission to test, yes. Pointed anywhere else it is a computer misuse offence in most jurisdictions, and the account is closed without refund.
A single test against a target you own says more than a page of claims. It takes a few minutes to set up and no card to begin.
IPStress.cc is limited to authorized network performance testing. You may only test systems you own or hold written permission to test. Unauthorized third-party testing, service disruption, malware, phishing, spam and any other illegal activity are prohibited, and accounts used that way are closed without refund.
